Sharon,
Excellent song for the fallen heroes throughout the years for their fine service and sacrifice in preserving our nation’s freedom. God bless the families of these selfless individuals who gave their all for a greater purpose that needs to be respected by all generations.

PS: I’m gonna add you to the 4M linky party because it’s all about the mewsic regardless if you’re playing the theme or not. 😉
Hi, Cathy. My dad, my grandfather, and numerous relatives were or are veterans. While I am unaware of any family members who died in combat, I still try to remember those who passed on this difficult day.
Sharon, DH & I are fortunate to not have lost any immediate family in wartime. Both sides have a number of vets, too. Let’s never forget their service!
That is what Memorial Day is all about. Although we were fortunate enough not to have immediate family perish in war in military, I did lose (possibly) one uncle in the Holocaust. I am forever grateful to the soldiers who fought and died (especially) in World War II.
