This is often the hardest part for us, as authors. At my last signing, I had been under the weather for approximately two weeks before the event, and I know that my energy was extraordinarily low as a result. This had an impact on my sales.
The good news is that we can all learn from this article, and do better either next time or the first time.

When you finally get up the courage to do an author event in person, you want it to be successful.
